Utopia's Edge
Consulting's basic guarantee states that our work will fix the initial problem
leading to a service call, and the extended guarantee only allows the client to
request Utopia's Edge Consulting's repair of the system or network for no labor
charge. Utopia's Edge Consulting makes
no other guarantees, either explicit or implied.
In order to
have an extended guarantee while still providing our services at the lowest
possible rates, we require some preventative measures are installed or
additional work is performed on the affected system(s) or network in order for
the client’s system(s) or network to be minimally secured or fully
functional. Please complete the checked extended guarantee prerequisites, or schedule a
time
when we may
do so.

If any of the

have been performed and Utopia's Edge Consulting has verified their completion
and issued a new Extended Guarantee Agreement. The

Consulting will honor some guarantees for up to six months, as long as Utopia's
Edge Consulting is able to ascertain that the extended guarantee requirements
